Opening Retreat & OrientationThis is a featured page

The Puyallup/Sumner Chamber Leadership Retreat and Orientation was designed with four goals in mind: (1) enhance knowledge of your leadership style, (2) broaden your personal network, (3) gain practical and specific leadership strategies, and (4) set personal and team learning goals.

Now that the retreat is over, we'd like you to reflect on the experience and what progress was made toward meeting these broad goals and any other goals you have for this event and for the year.

To kick-off this new web-based forum, please help us evaluate the usefulness of the retreat for you by (1) answering the following questions, and (2) by responding to what others are saying as well. Thank you!

What information, strategy, or idea -- gained at the 9/19 retreat -- has been (or you feel will be) most useful to you? Describe one example of how you have used (or might use) this idea or strategy at work, home, in your community?

Based on your personal goals, the retreat and institute goals noted above, and what you gained at the 9/19 retreat, please share some ideas on resources, local experts, innovative programs, etc. you want to ensure are included over the course of this year's Institute?
